Kaizen Gaming is certified with the eCOGRA Safe and Fair seal

Kaizen Gaming (Stoiximan/Betano) was awarded the eCOGRA Safe and Fair Seal, another step towards its safe and responsible journey, confirming a safe environment in its high quality products and services that ensures ethical gaming. This is one of the highest possible recognition for responsible gaming in the industry, and only a handful of top tier operators have achieved it for all their verticals and sites. 

The eCOGRA Safe and Fair Seal demonstrates the importance of innovation and responsibility when it comes to Responsible Gaming. Responsibility has always been a fundamental principle for Kaizen Gaming. eCOGRA’s Safe and Fair seal is awarded to those operators who comply with eCOGRA’s Generally Accepted Practice (eGAP) requirements. The accreditation involves an extensive and independent audit process assessing a number of areas, from corporate governance to legal compliance and financial, system and operational controls. The assessment covers player payments and receipts, record retention, internal security requirements, responsible gaming, player and gaming funds and IT security over player information, while special focus is placed in high risk areas, such as the processes ensuring legitimate transactions as well as responsible communication.

Announcing the successful certification, eCOGRA chief executive Shaun McCallaghan said that Greece-based Kaizen Gaming joins an outstanding group of online gambling operators that have demonstrated a practical commitment to higher standards of responsible conduct, fair gaming, integrity and player service through the awarding of eCOGRA’s Safe and Fair seal, which Stoiximan and Betano are now entitled to display on their websites.
