Kaizen Gaming brings home two trophies from the 2021 EGR Operator Awards

Kaizen Gaming won Football Betting Operator and Consumer Services Operator, two highly-coveted categories in what is described as “the Oscars of the eGaming industry”, the 2021 EGR Operator Awards that took place in London on November 25th. 

Judges praised Kaizen Gaming’s strong product offering which covers the widest range of football markets across international sportsbook operators, as well as its localized offers that ensure the best gaming experience across 7 countries and two online brands (Betano and Stoiximan) for its customers.

Kaizen’s well trained in-house customer service team, which is available 24/7 and reachable through numerous channels, achieved an impressive 95% resolution at first contact. It also introduced automations to optimize operations, helping Kaizen stand out from its competitors in the Customer Services category.
