Kaizen Gaming Best Place to Work 2021
The company climbed up to the 6th place in the list of Best Workplaces following the survey carried out by the organization Great Place to Work® in Greece.
Kaizen Gaming, the largest GameTech company in Greece, wins the title of Best Place to Work and is included in the list of Best Workplaces 2021, standing out for its excellent working environment, occupying the 6th place in the category “over 250 employees” according to the annual survey carried out by the Great Place to Work organization.
It is worth noting that last year Kaizen Gaming had passed with flying colors the Trust Index © test in accordance to the standard evaluation of the Great Place to Work® methodology, gaining the relevant certification that rendered Kaizen Gaming one of the leading companies for its systematic investment in fostering an excellent working environment.
Within the context of the survey and its competition process, the company scored high and was evaluated in the main areas focused on the recruitment process, information policy, celebrations, remuneration and initiatives developed throughout the Covid era.
This distinction is illustrative of Kaizen’s strategic investment in the management of human resources, a fact that has contributed to the continuous strengthening of its leading position in Greece as well as its extroversion in the international environment. In recent years, Kaizen Gaming has warranted the continuous enrichment of educational and entertainment programs aimed at the personal and professional development of its people, while implementing actions that enhance interaction and open communication with the management, promoting an excellent team atmosphere that encourages productivity and unlocking the capabilities of its employees.
