Our Marketing & Communications division consists of the Marketing Operations, Performance, Sponsorships, CRM and Corporate Affairs teams:

The Marketing Operations team is dedicated to the deployment of 360 marketing campaigns, management of our affiliates’ network, performance reporting, digital ads management, development of marketing strategies, liaison with creative and communication agencies, management of the company’s owned properties (Social Media, Blogs etc.) and the planning and implementation of influencer and other marketing activities.

The Performance team is responsible for planning annual budgets and campaigns on performance channels, enabling and retaining digital campaigns and strategies based on KPIs, SEO auditing, keyword research, competitor analysis, search engine position tracking, website optimisation, as well as tracking metrics, constantly optimising the Google Analytics accounts.

CRM is responsible for the creation, development, and execution of all strategic engagement across the company’s markets and teams. CRM handles marketing strategies using advanced segmentation tools, working across all verticals within the customer journey. The team’s primary goal is to provide guidance on how to maximise current and prospective relationships.

The Sponsorships team handles all sports sponsorship agreements, from the strategic planning to the evaluation stage (scouting, approach, negotiations, contracts, implementation, monitoring, evaluation), always in line with local marketing teams.

Our Corporate Affairs team is responsible for all corporate communications: internal and external, media relations, stakeholders’ mapping and engagement, conferences and a wide range of events, as well as the CSR strategy and roll-out throughout the Kaizen markets, while strengthening our brand equity.
