Kaizen Gaming received 3 Awards at the EGR Marketing & Innovation Awards 2020

Less than a year after Kaizen Gaming (Stoiximan / Betano) was awarded as “Mobile Operator of the Year” at EGR Operator Awards and “Rising Star in Sportsbetting” in the SBC Awards, the company has just received 3 more international distinctions at EGR Marketing & Innovation Awards 2020, highlighting some of its most prominent features: Responsibility, Technology, Creative and High Quality Communication and Social Impact.

The virtual ceremony took place on Thursday 30 July, with Kaizen Gaming receiving 3 awards at the categories Casino Marketing Campaign, Sportsbook Innovation in Responsible Gaming and Socially Responsible Marketing Campaign, among 8 shortlists. These great distinctions went to 3 equally important campaigns/projects: ‘Wherever you go, your Casino goes with you’, ‘Hybrid Model: Artificial Intelligence Detection RG-AID tool”, and to the company’s CSR campaign ‘Young Heroes by Stoiximan’, in cooperation with the NGO ‘HopeGenesis’.

Remarkable results, a mix of nostalgia with contemporary elements, a personalized approach and a unique spin at a common approach was only some of the wining elements highlighted by the Judges in the ‘Wherever you go, your Casino goes with you’ campaign. The campaign and product are based on innovative, customer – centric technology, directly reflecting the values of Kaizen Gaming.

The ‘Hybrid Model: Artificial Intelligence Detection RG-AID tool’ demonstrates the optimum combination of cutting-edge technology and human unique capacities in benefit of the player’s protection. By leveraging the speed and accuracy of Artificial Intelligence, the tool is able to detect specific gaming patterns and follow up through intervention of trained and specialized RG agents, thus demonstrating a great example of how technology and human intelligence may offer an entertaining and ethical gaming experience. “Great work – should be mandated across the Industry” was one of the comments from the high-level Judging Committee.

‘Young Heroes’ is the flagship CSR program of Kaizen Gaming in Greece through its brand Stoiximan. Starting back in 2017, the programme has multiple objectives and is promoted by the most famous Greek Athletes. In the winning campaign, Olympic Champions and well-known sports personalities are raising the awareness on the low birth rates of specific areas, in a link that unites the Heroes of Today with the Heroes of Tomorrow. The emotional campaign is conducted in collaboration with HopeGenesis, through whom Kaizen has covered the pregnancy expenses of 33 babies born in 10 isolated islands. “Sometimes it is not about highlighting the bad in gaming industry, but how the industry can actually help in many areas which isn’t done enough”, was stated among the Judges comments.

The Awards came at an especially important moment for the Company. With a presence in 6 countries (namely Greece, Cyprus, Germany, Romania, Portugal and now Brazil) under the brands Betano and Stoiximan, Kaizen Gaming has recently launched its new corporate identity as one of the fastest growing GameTech companies in Europe. With a focus in cutting edge Technology and People, the company employs over 700 high level professionals and continuously invests in product offering for the optimum experience of its members. Responsibility and high-quality production values have been among its differentiating features right from the start, illustrating some of the defining elements of its current recognition and success. The EGR Marketing & Innovation Awards 2020 included more than 250 of the major companies of the online gaming market. The goal was to identify all best practices in the field, looking for business excellence, as well as commercial success.
